Home Groups are environments to help us to grow in our walk with Christ and build relationships with others.
These small groups exist to make life-changing relationships relevant and accessible. Each home group at Community Alliance Church is unique in that they reflect the personalities and passions of the people in them. Still, they all have the same commitment to bring people together and help each person grow in their relationship with God. Children are always welcome.
Typically, Home Groups discuss the Digging Deeper questions Pastor Jon has prepared to further process the sermon he has given on Sunday, which gives attendees opportunity to share their perspectives and hear from others.
This time in God's Word is sometimes sandwiched between sharing a meal or refreshments, praise and worship, and fellowship, depending on the group. Praying for one another is a key component of all Home Groups.
Currently, home groups meet on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Some home groups take a break for the summer months.
